1 TBS. coconut oil2 cups fresh spinach7 oz. Atlantic Salmon, raw or poached1 mango, diced
Warm coconut oil over low flame until liquid.
Combine with spinach and toss well.
Place spinach on plates. Then put fish on spinach topped with mango.
