Oat Flour Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Dried Plums

Ingredients
2 c. Fresh Pureed Pumpkin2 T. Honey1/2 c. plain yogurt1/3 c. unsweetened Applesauce1 egg2 egg whites2 T. Protein Powder1.5 c. Oatmeal- ground into flour1 tsp. Baking powder1 tsp. Baking soda1/4 tsp. Salt1 T. Ground Cinnamon1T. Pumpkin Pie Spice1/4 c. Splenda1/4 c. Chopped Dried Plums
Directions
1. Mix wet ingredients
2. Slowly add in dry ingredients
3. Fold in chopped dried plums
4. Spray muffin pan(s) with cooking spray
5 Bake for 23 minutes in a 375 degree preheated oven
