Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 chopped green pepper1 chopped red pepper1 carrot shredded1 cup frozen pre cut onion6 cloves of garlic1 can of light beer2 15 oz cans of crushed tomatoes2 6 oz cans of tomato paste1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried oregano1 tbls chili powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook ground beef. Add ground beef and the rest of the ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
