Ingredients
piece boneless chickenred onion choppedmango chutney
Directions
makes 1 portion
pre-heat grill/griddle
spread over the chopped onions and cook ubtil soft and nearly sticky
put into a dish and add chutney and mix well
make a pocket in the chicken and insert onion mixture
wrap in foil and place on grill
cook for 15 minutes then check cooked thoroughly if not cook for a few more minutes
serve with a mixed salad of your choice
for a more substantial meal add rice or a jacket potato, mmmmmmm
