Chan's Carrot and Ginger Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil79 grams celery (raw)700g cooked carrotsGinger root or paste (2 tbsp)500ml Boiling water in which you have add chicken bouillon (you can add vegetable bouillon if you prefer)Salt and pepper if needed or if you are allowed salt.Enjoy!
Directions
1 tbsp olive oil
79 grams celery (raw)
Warm oil and then add celery until it is translucent (2 minutes)

Add 700g cooked carrots
Add ginger root or paste (2 tbsp)
Stir well to coat with oil (1 minute)

Add 500ml Boiling water in which you have add chicken bouillon (you can add vegetable bouillon if you prefer). Cook gently for 5 minutes.

Remove from pan to blend smoothly.

Add salt and pepper if needed or if you are allowed salt.
