Mini Cheesy Meat Loavs (Cooking Light)

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1/2 cup grated onion1 garlic clove, minced6 Tbsp ketchup2 Tbsp dried parsley1 tsp oregano2 tsp spicy mustard1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 cup chunked sharp cheddar cheese1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 egg white
Coat a pan with cooking spray. Cook onion and garlic 3 minutes. Combine breadcrumbs, 3 Tbsp ketchup, parsley, oregano, mustard, salt, pepper and onion and garlic. Add to meat, cheese, and egg. Shape into 4 loaves. Divide 3 Tbsp of ketcup over meat loaves. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until done. Bake on broiler pan to allow some of fat to drain.
