Tofu Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Nasoya Tofu, extra firm, 1 block*Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, whole box Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (or petite carrots from the bag)Parsley, .5 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Kikkoman Teryaki Sauce Less Sodium, 4 tbsp
Directions
Fill 4 quart pot with broth and fill towards top with water. Leave a few inches to add ingrediants. Bring broth to boil, then lower to a simmer. Saute tofu in teryaki sauce until browned. Add chopped onions, carrots and parsley to broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tofu to broth and simmer 5 minutes more. Add pepper to taste.
