Minty Butter Bean and Green Veg soup

Ingredients
* Beans, pinto, 1 cup * Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup * Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Water, tap, 2 cups (8 fl oz) * *Jambalaya Stock Pot, 0.2 cup * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup * Garlic, 2 cloves * Mixed Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp * Mint leaves 1 tsp
Directions
boil all ingredients except spinach in a pot. Add spinach and mint leaves at the end. Blitz to a chunky texture at the end. Season with black pepper and salt as desired.
