Tilapia Bake

Ingredients
3 4oz Tilapia fillets2 Whole medium tomatoes chopped6 Tbsp Light Italian dressing3/4 Tbsp Parsley1/2 Cup Part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
~Preheat oven to 450.
~Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
~Bake 25 minutes then top with tomatoes,parsley and cheese.
~Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted and fish flakes easily with fork.

*Great served wit rice and veggies!
