Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded or chopped Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Slice / chop all ingredients then toss in a bowl.
Add your favorite ingredients to make into a meal or keep it as a side dish.
