Italian Turkey Meatloaf

About 2 kg ground turkeyAbout 1 kg ground Italian sausage4 cups mozzarella cheese8 cups Italian bread crumbs4 eggs4 cups tomato pasta sauce1/2 cup pesto sauce4 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp Italian seasoning3 tbsp dried onion flakes
In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, cheese, and bread crumbs, removing sausage from casings.
In a second bowl, beat eggs. Add tomato sauce, pesto, garlic, seasoning, and onion flakes and stir.
Pour tomato sauce mixture into meat mixture and combine until consistent.
Place in large pans and bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes or until 170F in the middle. Divide into 8 loaves.
Serving Size: Makes 8 loaves, each divided into four equal servings.
