Lexi's chicken stew

Ingredients
Potato cubedcelery stalk diced into large bite size pieces3 or 4 onions dicedgarlic dice into small piecesone jar of your favorite salsaone tsp salt1.5 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder4 chick breast boneless halves2-4 cups chicken broth1.5 cups (or more) frozen peas2 squash/zuchini cubeddried re pepper flakes to taste
Directions
saute onions, squash, carrots, and garlic. Separately saute chicken after cubing. Add above when done along with allother ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour or two until veggies are done the way you like them (I like them aldente)
