Butternut squash soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter or margarine6 cups butternut squash, cubed6 cups chicken broth4 granny smith apples, cubed1/4 tsp nutmeg1 tsp curry powder2 cups milk
Directions
Add margarine to pot to melt. Add chicken broth and chopped squash. Cook until tender. Add cubed apples, nutmeg and curry powder and cook until tender. Puree in food processor or blender in batches. Return to low heat adding milk.
