Ingredients
1 whole Avocado, diced½ cups Sweet White Corn½ whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced¼ cups Black Beans¼ cups Jicama, Diced½ cups Onion, Diced½ teaspoons Salt1 whole Serrano Pepper, DicedHandful Of Cilantro, Chopped½ whole Lime, Juiced
Directions
Dice the vegetables, mince the cilantro, smash the avocado, juice the lime, and then mix it all together. Serve with celery sticks for a healthy snack, pita for a semi-healthy snack, or tortilla chips for a slightly indulgent snack.

Serving Size: Makes a snack for about six if you include something to dip with.
