Ingredients
1 tbsp evoo1 onion diced2 cloves of garlic, mincedI can of diced tomatoes1 can of black beans1/2 cup refried beans1 cup vegetable broth2 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp worchester saucespices to taste...cumin, salt, pepper, chili powder, ect
Directions
sautee onion and garlic in evoo. add to slow cooker with the remaining ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Top with sour cream, cheese or avacodo to taste (not included in calorie count)
