Easy turkey and pasta bake

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz Macaroni, whole-wheat, 4 cup elbow shaped Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup Tomato Sauce, 2 cup *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup
Directions
Boil water and make pasta, while browning ground turkey. Combine cooked pasta, turkey and all other ingredients. Pour into oven safe dish and bake at 345 for 45 minutes.
