chinese chicken salad

Ingredients
4 chicken breast, no skin or bones7 cups romaine lettuce1 cup shredded cabbage2 cans slice waterchestnuts1 cup snow peas, 1" pieces1 cup almond slivers3 tbl smoot peanut butter5 tbl lite soy sauce3 tbl sesame oil1/2 cup rice vinegar 4 packet truvia
Directions
roast chicken breasts, chop into cubes

toss romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, chestnuts, snow peas.

Blend peanut butter, soy sauce, 1/2 cup rice vinegar, sesame oil and truvia for dressing.

Top salad with chicken and almond slivers.
