3 bananas mashed (1.5 c)1/2 c skim milk8 tbsp melted smart balance light spread3/4 c sugar2 c 100% whole wheat flour2 tbsp flaxseed ground1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt optional(also optional exchange 1c whole wheat flour for 1c unbleached flour for lighter texture)
mix sugar, milk, eggs, and melted spread. In seperate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and ground flax. Slowly stir dry mix into wet mix 1/2 c at a time until thick. Use a tbsp of skim milk at a time if too thick or dry.
