3 cups red peppers cut in chunks1 cup green peppers3 cups zucchini and summer squash2 cups of onions chopped2 tbsp olive oil1/2 saltpepper to taste
Directions
heat olive oil in frying pan
add vegtables and cook to desired tenderness approx. 20 minutes.
