Hot Spinach Mushroom and Feta Salad

Ingredients
4 cups fresh Spinach 1 Cup Mushroom slices 2 cloves minced Garlic 1 tsp Olive Oil1 TBL Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 oz Feta Cheese
Directions
saute garlic in olive oil until tender.

add mushrooms...add vinegar and simmer until mushrooms at desired doneness. Add spinach and toss until desired wilted to your preference.

Put in bowl and toss with feta.

Enjoy!
