1 lb Chicken Thigh1 cup onion, chopped1 tsp pepper1 tsp onion powder2 tbsp butter(optional)1 tsp salt1 tsp lemon pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Place chicken in striaght line on aluminum foil
3. Sprinkle seasoning on each piece of chicken
4. Flip chicken and season other side
5. Add onion and butter
6. Seal aluminum foil
7. Cook 45 minutes
8. Unwrap chicken and bake 10- 15 minutes
