Beef and Barley Stew

Ingredients
4 c. beef tips or stew meat2 medium onions5 large carrots5 c. vegetable stock2 c. fresh mushrooms2 c. barley
Directions
Chop onions and carrots and slice mushrooms. Put all ingredients into crock pot or slow cooker except barley. Cook on low for at least 5 hours. Add barley and cook for another hour. Serve
