Leek and Potato Crock Pot Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Leeks, 2 leek white tops only, cleaned and cut to 1/2" chunks, *Potato, raw, 3 medium, diced (Peeling Optional)Parsley, 1 cup choppedGarlic, 2 cloves mashed1 TBS No Salt Seasoning (Mrs. DashSalt and Pepper to tasteMilk, canned, evaporated, 12 fl oz (remove)
Directions
In crock pot add all Ingredients except canned milk.
High: 3-4 hours
Low 7-9 hours
After the potatoes are done, use immersion or regular blender to break up large chunks. Then add canned milk and correct seasoning.
