Breakfast Cookies (Vegan)

Ingredients
3 mashed ripe bananas1/3 c applesauce1/4 c almond milk1 c old-fashioned oats1 c quick oats1/2 c dried cherry blend dried berries (or raisins)1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar blend28 Almonds (to top each cookie)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine bananas, applesauce and milk.
Add rest of ingredients and mix very well.
Let sit for about 10 minutes so oats can absorb liquid.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls or cookie scoop, about 1.5" apart onto a parchment or sprayed cookie sheet.
Press an almond onto each cookie.
Bake about 15 minutes or until firm.
