Low Carb Minute Muffin Meal

Ingredients
This morning, I made it and it was so delicious! I think it's the closest thing to good old bread that I've had so far (besides the Artesian / Foccacia Bread). And it was so easy to make! For those who haven't tried or head of this:1/4 cup Flax Meal1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder1 packet Splenda1 teaspoon Cinamon1 Egg1-2 teaspoons Butter1.5 CarbsMix the dry ingredients in a large coffe cup. Add egg and butter; mix well. Microwave for 50-seconds to 1-minute. Muffin pops right out.Slice in half and butter or use cream cheese frostening. Thank you to whoever made this one up, it's incredible!!! Can't wait to try it as a breakfast sandwhich!!
Directions
combine ingredients besides the cream cheese and butter which is optional and put in the micorwave on high for 50 seconds to 1 minute and muffin pops up!

Top with cream cheese or butter if you want!
