Artichoke Tapenade

Ingredients
6 cups of frozen artichoke hearts, thawed1 cup green olives, drained and rinsed1 Tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed2 Tbsp. sun dried tomatoes10 leaves fresh basil (or 2 T. dried)2 cloves of garlic2 Tbsp. lemon juice (Even better--the fresh juice of 1/2 a lemon)2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toastedFreshly ground black pepper, to taste.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the food processor. Process until desired consistency is achieved.
