1 bag of morning star soy crumbles 12 oz1 bag of frozen fajita veggies 16 oz1 can of hunts no sugar added spaghetti sauce 24 oz1 can of tomato sauce 15 oz2 tubs of Italian rice minute rice ready to serve rice
Add all to the crock pot and cook for 2 or 3 hours on low.
Serving Size: Makes 4 nice size bowls. Stick to your ribs meal.
