Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Banana (best when ripe)1 cups Ice1/6 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey1/4 dry oatmeal8 Almonds
Directions
Put almonds and oatmeal in blender and grind into dust. Add rest of the ingredients and blend into a smoothie. If too thick, I add a splash of pure coconut water.
