Nandini's Special Tuna Salad

Ingredients
*Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water, 14 oz * *Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 7 oz * Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet * Pickle Relish, 4 tbsp * La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Medium, 8 tbsp * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Directions
Scramble Egg Beaters
Combine all ingredients, stir well and chill.
May add additional veggies or fruit as desired

Serve as a wrap w/added baby herb salad greens or baby spinach or can be served as sandwich
