Party Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 center pork chops (1 pound)1 cup 10 minute brown rice1 can crushed pinapple1 cup water1 jar salsa
Directions
Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown 3 minutes on each side. Add rice, pinapple, water and salsa. Reduce to low heat and cover. Cook 40 minutes until rice absorbs liquid. Stirring occassionally.
