Oatmeal Raisin and Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
"Jiffy" Oatmeal Muffin Mix1/3 cup skim milk1 large egg1 medium banana 1/4 cups chopped walnuts1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Prepare muffin mix per instructions on box. Adding egg and milk. Add mashed banana, walnuts and raisins. Mix well. Drop into muffin cups filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. This recipe will make 6 muffins. Enjoy!
