Goulash Soup

Ingredients
Any pork meat, about 0.5 kg, I use tenderloin as it has little fat.3 (or more) cloves of garlic, sliced2 medium onions, sliced3 tbsp of sunflower or other oil5 red potatoes (500g)3/4 cup orzo pasta1 large green bell pepper1 large yellow bell pepper1 large red bell pepper1 large orange bell pepper2 hot chili peppers (or more)5 tbsp of sweet paprika3 tbsp of hot, smoked paprikaabout 12 cups of hot water
Directions
Wash and dice peppers, slice garlic and onions, dice meat. Wash, peel and dice potatoes.
In a big pot hit 3 tbsp of oil, add onions and garlic, fry until glossy, add meat,paprika and chili peppers, fry for few minutes. Add hot water, boil on low for 20 min. Add potatoes, boil for 5 min from the moment, the mixture starts boiling again. Add pasta and peppers, boil for 15 min, add tomato paste, keep on stove till it boils again and serve.
