Mandarin Raspberry Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1 bag of mixed greens (spinach, red leaf, etc)1/2 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup shelled pecans1 cup chopped celery2 scallions, chopped11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained1 container raspberries6 tbsp sugarDressing:1/2 tsp saltdash pepperdash tabasco1/4 cup olive oil1 tbsp chopped parsley2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp vinegar
Directions
To make candied nuts:

Put 6 tablespoons sugar and nuts in non-stick frying pan, on medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves completely, careful not to burn them. Spoon onto cookie sheet and cool completely.

Dressing: combine all ingredients, shake well and chill.
