Kale Salad w/Hemp Seeds and Acai Vinaigrette

Ingredients
KaleHemp SeedsRed PeppersRed OnionGoji Berries (blueberries will work if Goji aren't avaialble)Acai JuiceHoneyDijon MustardCider VinegarOlive OilS&P to taste
Directions
Roast Hemp seeds 5 minutes allow to cool completely
Clean and chop Kale
Add diced red peppers, diced onion, hemp seeds and goji berries to the Kale.
In a blender add Acai Juice, Dijon Mustard, Honey and Cider vinegar (S&P if desired) and mix, slowly add in the oil and then toss with Kale Mix.
