1 Thin Boboli pizza crust1 med tomato sliced this1 garlic clove diced1/4 cup roasted red peppers chopped 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded1/2 cup ricotta cheese
Spread ricotta cheese on pizza crust. Slice tomatoes and place around crust. Add the roasted red peppers and garlic. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. Bake at 415 degrees for 20 minutes.

I was so disappointed. This pizza had NO flavor!. The ricotta cheese base did NOTHING, I think you'd be better off finding & making your own alfredo sauce or using tomato sauce. Maybe if red peppers went down first, upped the garlic,add italian season &/or fresh basil this would be something. - 2/1/10
