Ingredients
Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.5 cupbuckwheat flour, whole grain organic, 1.5 cupButtermilk, lowfat, 2 cup 1/4 sugarSalt, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp
Directions
place buttermilk in bread machine, mix dry ingredients in bowl, add at once to bread machine, let quick-bread program run 5 minutes, pause machine to scrap dry bits from the side of the pan, allow program to run. Remove pan from machine, allow to rest 15 minutes, then remove from pan and allow to cool on a rack.
