Birds Eye Custard Trifle

Ingredients
1 Angel Food Cake, torn into pieces1 1L Cool Whip Lite Tub6 Tbsp Birdseye Custard Powder3 Tbsp sugar2.5 cups 1% milk2.5 cups nonfat milk1 cup sliced strawberries1 cup blueberries
Directions
Prepare custard by combining custard powder, sugar and the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.

Fold Cool Whip into cooled custard, gently stir in berries. IN a large trifle dish or bowl, layer angel food cake, then mixture until you have 3 layers, finishing with the custard mixture.

30 1/2 cup servings.

If I made this again I would add another 2 cups of fruit.
