Stone Ground Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
2 cup Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour (plain whole wheat flour will work just fine if you don't have stone ground) 3/4 cup Orange Juice 2 Egg White .5 tsp salt1 tbsp Cinnamon.5 cup Applesauce.5 cup Agave nectar1 tsp orange zest3 tsp baking powder.5 tsp nutmeg.5 cup dried chopped dates
Directions
Fill 12 muffin cups, bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 - 20 min or until firm. I take mine out of the oven at about 16 min as a general rule.
