flax pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 c ground flax. 2egg whites plus one whole egg. 1/4 c. greek yogurt. Whip together with a fork, will be thick. May thin with a little water, depends on how you like your pancakes, thin like a blintz or thick like a griddle cake. Cook till set and lightly brown in non stick fry pan with Pam no-stick spray. Serve with no-sugar pancake syrup, or blueberries, spray butter, ect ect
Directions
cook on hot griddle or non stick fry pan. Use some Pam non-stick spray. Turn when dry around the edge, sot of over easy.
