Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts3oz Cream Cheese3/4 C Heavy CreamJuice of 1 LimeSalt and Pepper1/2 C chopped Cilantro1/2 Stick of Butter
Directions
Brown chicken in butter and season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from pan and add cream cheese, heavy cream, lime juice and cilantro to drippings in pan. Stir on medium heat until ingredients are blended. Put chicken in pan with this mixture. Cover and cook on low 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serves 4

    Wow, that's a huge amount of fat calories there! Butter, cream cheese, heavy cream? The number of servings looks off, too, like it should be for 4-8 servings, if you give each person ~4-6 ounces of chicken per diner. - 10/29/12
