Avocado Mango Roll

Ingredients
*Seaweed, laver, 1 sheet White Rice, long grain, .5 cup Mangos, .1 cup, sliced Avocados, California (Haas), .1 cup, pureedbrown rice vinegar
Directions
Cook white rice in a pot, one cup rice to two cups water, add one to two tbs. brown rice vinegar til "sticky" spread a quarter to half a cup rice on one sheet of sushi, flatten out, cut avocado and mango in a linear shape and place on the edge of the seaweed sheet. Roll, tightly, ta da!
