Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Lamb, Australian, general, 4 piece, cooked, excluding refuseOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia),quartered Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Bay leaf,1 Tsp ,crumbled
-boil the meat and add the onion,bay leaf,salt & pepper & cook until done.
-cook the yogurt on low heat until it boils ,stirring all the time.
-add the meat pieces to the cooked yogurt and 1 cup of broth and mix very well.bring to the boil and then remove from heat.
-this dish is served with rice.
