100 gr skimmed milk powder50 gr reduced fat cocoa 3 tbsp splenda or any other sweetener of your choice(The nutritional info is for 40 stevia baking blend which adds a little calories and lots of fiber, so you might want to recalculate the nutritional value for your own sweetener)1/3 cup skimmed milk
Mix all dry ingredients first. Add the milk and mix until homogeneous. Will have the perfect consistency after a night in the fridge. Enjoy :)
Do not forget to keep in the fridge and consume within a week or you'll get mold!
