Ingredients
WheatberriesBlack BeansSweet Red Pepper choppedGreen Pepper choppedOnion choppedCilantroGarlicCayenne PepperCider VinegarOlive OilHoneyS&P (if desired)
Directions
Boil black beans and wheatberries according to instructions. Add chopped peppers and onions to bowl with cooked black beans and wheatberries. In a blender add the following: garlic, cilantro, cider vinegar, honey, cayenne pepper mix and slowly add oil. Add S&P if desired and pour over wheatberries mix.
