Poached Salmon with Brown Rice

Directions
Poach then flake 2lbs of Salmon
Cook rice according to instructions
in large bowl add spinach, rice and poached, flaked salmon. In blender mix: honey, garlic, shallots, ginger, vinegar, slowly add oil. Pour over Salmon mix. Can serve hot or cold.
