Nancy's Minnestrone Soup

Ingredients
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 6 clove Beef, soup bone, 1 lb Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Two Quarts canned Tomatoes (I can my own!)Beans, navy, 2 3/4 cupSplit Peas, 1/3 cup Barley, pearled, 1/3 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh, (3 sprouts large & cubed(Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) slicedCelery, raw, 1.5 cup, dicedbeef broth canned, 4 can (10.5 oz) Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Parsley, 1/4 cup fresh choppedBasil, 1/4 cup frest choppedWhole Wheat pasta, cooked, 2 cup
Directions
Saute garlic, onion, celery, basil, parsley in 1 tblsp. oil. Brown soup bone. Add 2 quarts home canned tomatoes, 4 cans beef broth, 2 cups water, 2 bay leaves, presoaked navy beans, carrots, brussel sprouts, peas, barley. Simmer until navy beans are tender, add pre cooked pasta (Al Dente). Makes 6 quarts (nutritional value based on 1 cup servings).
