Walmart Frozen Okra, 16 oz (half a bag)Food Lion Frozen Brussel Sprouts, 30 serving (whole 1# bag)Sea Queen Whiting Fillets, 16 oz (4 fillets)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Old Bay (to taste)
Spray cooking dish (9x13), rinse brussels & okra and place on the bottom. Put fish on top, layed out, sprinkle Old Bay (or whatever seasoning you want) on top, sprinkle parmesean cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes @ 350 degrees F.
