Ingredients
Flax seed meal - 1/4 c (4 tablespoons)I made this with flax seed from the 99 cent store and used my coffee grinder on the fine setting to grind it.Egg beaters 1/4 c = 1 eggBaking powder 1 teaspoonSweetener 1 teaspoon (I used non-calorie)Cinnamon 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (to your taste)Oil 1 1/2 teaspoons (I used sunflower oil)
Directions
Mix together and microwave for 1 minute in a silicone muffin cup or a plastic cereal bowl.
