Mama Hanna's Spicy Bean Dip

Ingredients
6 cups black beans, cooked (reserve liquid)Juice of 1 lemon1 tsp salt1 tsp cumin1 tsp cayenne1 tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp black pepper2 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder3/4 cup sharp shredded cheddar
Directions
Mix all ingredient except cheese (including the cooking liquid from the beans) into a sauce pan. Blend beans with an immersion blender until smooth. Cook until thick. Add more seasonings as needed. Remove from heat. Add cheddar and stir well.
