Almond apple muffins

Ingredients
3 C Almond meal3 eggs, beaten1/4 C melted butter 1/2 C honey1 tsp baking soda1tsp cinnamon2/3 C apple sauce (no sugar added) orcan substitute with 2 mashed, ripe bananas
Directions
Mix all together. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Pour either into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish or into muffin cups. Pampered chef stones work best. (The product won't burn as easily due to the high fat content.) Bake dish 40 minutes tenting with foil after 20 minutes so it does not burn. or bake muffins 25-30 minutes.
